Most of our products—android car radios, 1DIN MP3 players, dash cams, and backup cameras—come with a12-month warranty from the invoice date. We cover manufacturing defects and hardware problems that happen under normal use. That means if a unit fails because of a faulty part, we will repair or replace it. But damage from installation mistakes, misuse, or unauthorized modifications is not covered. Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect performance is also excluded.
When a problem happens, here is roughly how it works: the distributor or client sends us the order info and photos or videos showing the issue. Our engineers check the problem, sometimes remotely. Most of the time, we can solve it without sending the unit back. If a replacement is needed, we arrange it quickly from our warehouse. For large orders, we often pre-allocate spare units to reduce delays.
For OEM or ODM projects, we discuss warranty handling before production. This includes spare ratios, replacement methods, and sometimes extended support periods. We have done this for hundreds of clients, and it helps prevent disputes and ensures smooth delivery to end users.
We also provide simple guidance for minor repairs or adjustments that can be done locally. Some customers prefer this because it reduces freight and saves time. Our goal is always to protect your business and your customers while keeping operations practical and realistic.
