Building the Internal Structure First

The first stage of production begins inside the sound bar enclosure.

Waterproof Design for Outdoor Environments

During production, sealing points and internal protection structures are inspected to help protect electronic components from external conditions.

Installing the Control System and LED Lighting

The center control area is installed after the main structure is completed.

The button panel and LED ring module are carefully positioned and connected with the internal circuit system.

The LED lighting design is one of the popular features requested by ATV and UTV customers. Many distributors also customize lighting effects and product appearance according to their local market preferences.

Final Assembly and Quality Checking

After all internal components are completed, the protective covers and side housings are assembled.

Before shipment, every unit goes through a complete function inspection in our factory.
